Teaching martial artsand ways enables Lepore Sensei to share his thirty-three years of martial arts experience with people from all walks of life. He began teaching karate in the Pioneer Valley more than two decades ago when a teen needing structure and guidance in his life asked for lessons.
With the generous help and support of many community members, Lepore Sensei holds the responsibilities of headmaster of Kyu Shin Dojo in Bernardston, Massachusetts. He continues martial art and way studies early each day before teaching science at Pioneer Valley Regional School in Northfield, Mass where he is head of the science, technology and engineering department.

Great Martial Arts Teachers
It is most fortunate for anyone to study with the very humble Bruce Barker Sensei (right), Shotokan karate teacher. Beginning in January, 1974. he provided Lepore Sensei the strong foundation in karate basics and a modeled the true reasons to study martial arts.
Rossignol Sensei (below) and the late Hayford Sensei (lower right) introduced the bugei arts (old school). Sensei Rossignol continues to guide Lepore Sensei's studies and has humbled him with insights and inner teachers of the ancient arts and ways.

Lepore Sensei's late father, Dr. Anthony Lepore, (left) taught the value of hard honest work while "Ma", Ophelia Lepore, put him the path toward spiritual self-awareness and compassion for others.
